1. User Account Terms
To access our unique collaborative music tools, you'll need to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. We're committed to keeping your data safe, but we ask that you don't share your access with unauthorized third parties.
Will you be using our virtual studio integrations? If so, please ensure your hardware meets the minimum specifications to avoid service interruptions during high-fidelity data sharing sessions.
2. Data Retention & Privacy
At HarmoniqSync, we believe your research data is your greatest asset. We retain platform data only as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by UK law. You'll always have the right to request a download of your archived sessions.
Why do we collect specific telemetry? To optimize the latency between virtual studio nodes, ensuring your collaboration feels like you're in the same room.
3. Service Limitations
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, software sometimes behaves unpredictably. HarmoniqSync provides these tools on an "as-is" basis. We don't guarantee that our collaborative research platform will be error-free 100% of the time, though we're constantly pushing updates to improve stability.
